(Scorpiones, Liochelidae), with a redescription of H. taeniurus (Thorell, 1876).-The flat rock scorpion, Hadogenes taeniurus (Thorell, 1876), is redescribed, based on an examination of approximately 250 specimens from Angola and Namibia.Hadogenes angolensis Lourenço, 1999 is demonstrated to be a junior synonym.The distribution of H. taeniurus is mapped, and notes on its ecology and conservation
